How does Platlord still operate.

About 40% of the players on the server are actually platlord. He can multibox 300+ accounts at once.

GMs aren't allowed to play on p99 or r99. they have too much power, and it would always be a conflict of interest.

Guides on the other hand are still allowed to play, and as such do not handle raid disputes, among having to follow a list of other guide specific rules.
