What we have here is someone who basically just used any excuse he could to be shady and pocket some plat.

I considered Fountree somewhat of a friend (perhaps a mostly insufferable hippie friend, but a friend nonetheless) up until this incident. Now I don't want anything to do with someone who has such a blatant disregard for right and wrong.

How many Pulsing Stone MQs were you actually selling? Was it a situation where TMO had a sale lined up then Fountree didn't have the stone they expected him to have? Or do you still have 5 on tap cause they weren't selling and he was just trying to get a big price before the market tanks considering 2 will enter the game every week, more with repops and come Velious there will be 4 every 3 days.

Sounds like a savy time to sell for a price under the 450k you were previously asking, before they lost value to 1/20th of that.

Maybe next time you make sure you have a guild-mule in the EXP group to loot that stone. Otherwise some Druid may ninja it and sell it for his own profit? Maybe?

I'm not sure what you're talking about - I think your statements and perception come with an amount of ignorant assumption. We have always taken a hard line against dirty dealings in whatever form when they are known to us - cheating, RMT, exploiting, stealing, anything of this sort has always been an instant removal from TMO.
