However, on your way down you skipped the officer rank. To complete the cycle, you need to become an officer in TMO and then a member in two other guilds.

Absolutely not. My first order of business as leader was demoting him to member and then detagging all his toons and sending him to Lord Bob. Some how he keeps coming back.
