if you've played this game for 1+ years or have had a long history with it how is it this even up for debate lol

on Prexus an old guildie did this to our guild and was blacklisted by almost all other guilds for months after being stripped of the loot and unguilded

This is exactly the point tho, GMs NEVER EVER BANNED FOR NINJA LOOTING. They may have remove the item from the ninja looter and give it to the rightful owner but THEY NEVER GOT BANNED FOR IT. Now if u did ninja loot, no guild on live would ever touch you again atleast the reputable ones.

Edit: Huge difference between a suspension and a ban, pretty sure the ninja on p99 got banned.

Yeah but this isn't live, the point of my post is that the punishment existed. The degree of punishment might be different, but nonetheless it existed.

The same could be said as to why BDA diden't have there enchanter in the group when the kill happened. technically neither of the enchanters were in the group that got the kill, so why does this even matter? BDA lost an item to an unguilded person and they got pissed, GMs over reacted and instantly banned.
