I got FTE on Verina once after zoning in way after she popped, A-team tried to peel off me and stole the kill. Got the chanter banned. Think item was removed as far as I know.

Saraya camping for 2 minutes or 2 days is irrelevent. Chest not responding to private messages or tells in-game is irrelevent. Saraya having the force en route is irrelevent. Prisila not being in the kill group is irrelevent. Everything is irrelevent except this:

1: VT is a FFA mob, first come, first served.

2: BDA mobilized and engaged first.

3: BDA kills VT, all loot no-drop or tradeable is the propriety of BDA and they do whatever they want with it.

4: They decide to award it to Prisila.

5: Saraya spam-clicks a corpse containing the item that was decided by the owners of the corpse to be awarded to Prisila, loots it and gets banned.

This is text-book ninja looting. You can argue all you want about BDA being assholes or Chest being a douche, that's all opinions and emotional reasoning. Points 1 to 5 cannot be argued and that's what happened.

Where does it say that ninja looting entails taking an item after looting rights from the corpse goes public? That sounds like whoever killed the mob is allowing the item to rot.

The item should of been looted long before the corpse went public, sounds like the people who got robbed are a bunch of baddies. If an item is this important to cry over it should of been looted right away and before you say "the enchanter wasn't in the group" that's not Saraya's fault, that's the fault of who ever made the group in first place.

I still cannot believe that someone got banned over this, You guys rely on gm enforcement way to much, to be honest i don't see any of these people lasting long back in the real "1999" era of EQ.
