this link is referring to vendor recharging and not evidence that this amulet would not recharge with a mana battery.

Nilbog these links give us several instances of people talking about recharging the upgraded neck using a class five mana battery. Is this still being reviewed?

if the classic timeline did take re-charging away on this neck, it seems that we would see a lot more comments and a lot more flames. should recharge imo.
