Let me put it this way. If someone were selling a FBSS for 1kpp, a ridiculously lowball price, I would STILL try and haggle that person for a better deal. Why? Because even though they're selling the item for ridiculously cheap, they may not know what the thing is worth and I might still be able to get a better price out of them.
Kinda cute that on the OP you go on about etiquette and how people should quit being rude, but then carry on how it's perfectly reasonable to lowball even the lowball price tags in hope that you can rip someone off.

You guys remember Armani? Almost every respectable trader avoided dealing with that dumbfuck because trying to work out a deal with a price-gouging scumbag preying on ignorance is annoying. In the end, before he got banned, only dumb noobs would buy his shit.

If trying to save money is being scum then this server has pretty pathetic standards.

That's actually part of the reason I have yet to donate. But even so, I don't intend to donate until Rogean offers some sort of in-game benefit for doing so, like plat, items, etc.

I always get the prices I want, whether I'm buying or selling. /auc long enough advertising what you want to pay for an item or what you want to get for an item and you'll eventually get it, if you're in the reasonable range. I'm not losing anything by not selling something, but I'm losing a shit ton giving in to lowball offers.

But I respond to all tells, most of the time it's a flat-out "no".

Would you consider getting to play the game an in-game benefit?
