I don't expect to get yours (or his) for 1.5 million but I figured I would be doing you a favor by clearing out a bunch of lowball offers. And maybe there's a chance you would eventually sell for this amount in a month or two if you couldn't find a better offer.

I'm not trying to get you to lower your price - I was just giving you an honest account of a similar sales situation that a pal encountered. The fact that you think I would lie to your face with some kind of motive when I already own one and don't want another that badly is kind of insulting, bro. That being said, I think the days of these selling for over 3 million are over. Between TMO bank (the buyer of the previous 4 or 5 prenerf staves?) not being what it was, and a lot of plat being gone from RMT bans, you might want to consider not clinging to the 3+million figure so tightly.
