That would definitely go to the myconid spore king every time he dropped a pre-nerf fungi staff.
But of what's obtainable today, I think some arrangement of VS loot could the most valuable assuming the gnarled staff is MQable (pretty sure it is, not like I've ever seen it sold). If we're just talking droppable loot only, 2x Donals and Torpor is definitely up there.
