it was deemed a more-or-less accident

was suppose to be followed-up by a group xp or somethin, but the code didnt work out

i say pras for trying. would be a lot worse if they tried to implement a code that was easily exploitable/broken. and also pras for static xp in light of all this

Removal of the previous XP bonus and the later implementation of a new, modified bonus was always the plan.
