Yeah, with enough small tables and duct tape you could rig the same thing up for under 100 bucks. Looking pretty is another matter altogether. But when you are gaming, who looks at anything but the monitors? Only reason a gaming rig needs to look stylish/sleek like this is to appease the wife/gf. If they aren't already up to speed with your gaming, at this point, you got bigger problems than your rig.

The right chair is the key, imo.
