Nope, but you can calculate it to some extent. If you have no haste, or know the exact percentage of your current haste and the formula to calculate hasted delay, you can work out your attack speed.

Damage is more difficult to accurately calculate as it depends on a number of things and isn't easily discerned. However, the base maximum damage of any attack is weapon damage x2, so a 10dmg weapon has a base maximum swing of 20. Then add damage bonus if applicable to that value. Then, if you have a very high strength and/or are high enough level and of one of the right classes, your maximum damage is increased by new damage tables, but you'd have to look at the game's code to figure those out. But if you're a level 20 bard with 90 strength, for instance, your maximum damage is fixed at wpn dmg x2.
