glitched bag of gear missing, no response from greens?

hey guys.

so recently i had a bag dupe itself somehow when i had a full inventory and it was hanging on my cursor. i lost:

rod of mourning, no longer drops
full kylong, dreadscale, dwarven work boots, etc

i put in a petition and heard from haynar, saying he cant do much but investigate what causes the glitch, and that durbael would have to look into the logs and issue a reimbursment.

its been about 4 days, 18 replies including bumps to my petition, and 70 views on the thread, but no reply from a green. starting to get kinda frustrated, discouraged.

so this is my rant and rave. does anyone have any similar experiences, stories?
eunomia messaged me in game when i did /petition and said it could take months. thats months without a weapon and armor i cant afford to replace easily.

hi there. if you have 18 replies but no staff replies, then it means only you have replied to the thread. in case you haven't noticed, we recently banned over 400 accounts and about 250 of those people have petitioned in hopes they can convince us that the database is lying to us about what really happened. in times like these the average wait time on a petition goes up due to the sheer increase in the volume of petitions coming in. but it shouldnt be a month unless they are RL issues interfering. so just be patient

Haynar is one of our super amazing devs, and the server would not be what it is without guys like him. that being said, devs can not help with CSR issues, or else he would have.

as far as bumping, it really depends which staff member is doing the petitions. some start on the first page and some skip to the last page.
