Point being that because its a "victimless crime" it doesnt mean their isn't victims. When a gambler spends all of his life savings and destroys his family and childrens college fund, they become victims.

So because someone can't handle walking away from a table, its gambling's fault? I'd argue that person's family were victims long before that person stepped up to the table.

So how does that relate to RMT?

In your first point you're making a very arbitrary distinction between someone camping something to gather platinum, and someone camping to gather platinum which they then intend to sell. There is no harm to the server or its players in either scenario, EXCEPT in the latter you feel cheated because 1) Someone can spend money to be better than you (This is whiny) and 2) your bestest bro cashed out and your feelings are hurt.

Can anyone show me a victim in this "crime"? Some could argue the buyer is the victim, but the market has a well known "buy at your own risk" clause that's been plastered all over the forums more than once. So really...who is the victim in this crime?
