Miscellaneous: Tradeskill combines resulting in multiple / stackable items etc

Just went through a few tests with this and could not replicate the issue.

Can anyone provide a step by step?

Here was mine:

Empty inventory slots.
Slot 1 tackle box.
Slot 2 20 thunder salmon
Slot 3 Skinning Knife

Take 1 salmon, 1 knife and place into tackle box
Click combine
Place 2 Fish Eggs into Slot 4.
Place 2 Fish Scales into Slot 5
Place Skinning Knife back into Tackle box
Take 1 salmon and place into Tackle box
Click combine
Repeated without issue.

If we can find a way to break it, we can fix.
