Is the spell scroll you receive tradeable or is it no drop? The wiki doesn't say. I wouldn't mind doing this on my wiz for my druid.

Likely the most useful spell in a Druids arsenal. Game is simply unplayable without charmed cacti/bloodthorns.

yes just got this at level 42 it doesnt work on cactus in OT so its pretty useless.
there must be a level range associated with the actual spell that doesnt have anything to do with character level

Yea i just noticed it says on the wiki only works on plants up to 29. I'm dumb
