All I am hearing for a counter argument is, I will be at work during some of those spawns and that's not good for my 100% attendance.
Scout groups PVPing eachother in Fear, Hate, Seb, EJ , Sky , Sol B , Perma ... mannnn Pvp around the clock. Repops throughout the week means a few hours of excitement per week.
