Wait, so you can intentionally break server-wide raid rules (such as having a raid force camped out at a target or having more than 2 people at a spawn) but as long as you work out a deal with the guild that reported you it's all forgiven by the staff?

I understand that the staff want disputes worked out between players before getting GMs involved but it seems like this sort of arrangement allows for TMO and IB to get away with whatever they want... But it's ok because the other guild needs competition.

IB showed some fraps showing we had 3 people at PD instead of 2 and since we where both breaking server rules we should both currently be raid suspended right now and VP should be wide open for the taking, but somehow that is conveniently not the case.
