Suspicious LD Stories
I am curious to who has some really good LD stories. They can be of any sort, but mine is about loot.
Remember that I am fairly young in my teens at this point so I’m naïve. So back in live around 2000 when Kunark had been out 4 or 5 months I remember being in a pick up group for Chardok. People are talking about rare drops and that can drop off any mob and I heard that SBS drop in Chardok. (I played a cleric so I wanted the shinny gold shield badly!!!!) We make jokes about if one drops that someone would disband/loot/LD. This was a mistake IMO because if we hadn’t talked about it I’m sure it would have been less likely to happen. So a paladin is looting a body and is on it for like 40 seconds and everyone starts in “is there something on it huh what ya omg what?!?!” 10 seconds later he disbands loots body and promptly LD’s. Within 3 days I see this paladin selling a SBS. Basically was nothing to do but call him names and give him a bad name. Anyone else have similar stories or even better LD scenarios? | ||

This one guy in my old guild named Leeroy Jenkins ninja looted raid mob items that werent even wearable for his class.
