Therefore, I appreciate the words of advice and wisdom from team "we really fucking hate nihilum guild" version 71, but I think red dawn will let this one play out

So what is your recommend course of action? After azrael left our guild, we were left depleted, having lost many of the new blood we fostered to nihilum due to our alliance and merge with az. You would have us basically be neutral non factors, slowly bleeding members to Nihilum and Azrael as we do a couple of weekly planar clears. Instead, I have positioned my guild to compete for end game velious mobs. I worked hard to bring azrael and red dawn together, to provide the pve structure and new blood to the azrael crew that had been sorely lacking. I laid the foundation for a system that we could build upon and compete Nihilum not just in Kunark, but in velious. Instead, the short sighted leader of yours and his close elf sim advisor Salem, decided velious was too far off and distant to worry about planning around.

I attempted everything with lite and powered including reforming under a new tag etc. However, there were zero concessions, just the repeated preaching about a three guild server. I hate to be the one to break this to you but this will never be a three guild server. Velious will require 50+ people to kill mobs. Guilds unable to slay dragons will bleed members to guilds that can. I didn't put the time and effort into red dawn to see my guild die. No one in azrael seems to comprehend velious.

Honest answer? Not sure. Depends on many variables, such as what becomes of the xp bonus, are the rumored blue transfers occurring, how many people will return for velious, etc. To me though, contesting doesn't mean griefing Nihilum off the server, it means fighting over raid mobs in a fun and respectable manner. I can guarantee you this though, we are in a far better position to do that now than we would be as a neutral third feeder guild.

Enemy guilds rezzing each other after a clear winner of the right to a raid target has been determined sounds like paradise to me. We can play nice even if we kill one another imo.
