Literally every post I see from you is you complaining about something stupid.
I always kinda got this vibe from his posts too.

"Easy does it, friend. We're all here to enjoy P99 together! No need to be hostile. I am just inquiring about something that legitimately concerns me, and I hoped to get valuable community input on the subject!" -ish stuff.

I'm not there yet, but the game is empty compared to classic kunark at all levels before that as well.

Classic kunark those zones were a lot more populated than they are today, plus people were in other dungeons as well, which are completely empty now. Guk is empty almost all the time and back in Kunark that was a 20 to 40 player zone throughout the day.

I think LOIO was more populated, but people didn't have access to a "zone experience modifier" sheet that told them LOIO is the worst xp zone in the game.

I went through Guk a couple of weeks ago to rez some people in Lower Guk and they had about 22-25 people in including a thriving group at the Lower Guk (dead) zoneline who I accidentally trained not thinking there'd be anyone there [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Add a couple of groups "on the way", people at the ancient croc on a CC etc. I don't know where these ideas of deserted zones are coming from.

However, Nurga/Sol A/Runnyeye never seem to have more than a group when I go in there, which isn't often anyway.

If your play time is 9am EST then there won't be as much action, but if you're logging in when the server is 1100+ at peak... there's usually plenty going on.

Make an alt and try going through these zones yourself, its nice to see people still leveling.

then where's the difference coming from we have compared to some of the high pop servers? Where were these players in 2000? They obviously weren't in VP.

LOIO may be lowest ZEM (it certainly isn't bad exp, chain pulls are a lot easier than in some old world dungeons), but it is insane cash. up to 2pp in cash from every sarnak, plus a steady supply of 0.1 weight 10pp items.

So there's also always people in LOIO.

I sucked in 2000, spent too much time playing through the newbie zones. Got a bard to 35, quit because I died too often in Lower Guk (always got aggro on incoming)...and rerolled another 2-3 times to try something else.

The best I managed in Kunark was a 40-something iksar shaman. I guess the game changed, and the timeline too. We've all had the opportunity to level more than 1 character through Kunark etc.

There was a time on P99 when you could zone into MM and you'd be the only group there.
