No but it's legal for use for adults and that's all kids give a shit about. If they can't use it legally they want it. So making weed legal for 21+ won't make kids switch to cocaine like the moron in the OP says. It actually makes it safer to use then whats out there now. You dunno what the fuck they could be lacing it with so that alone is another benefit.
