I left it vague on purpose because there are just so many different things that could happen. Basically its the option for people who want a custom ruleset, instead of the way it was in 99 or whatever

This PvP system Rogean is creating wouldn't satisfy a PvP server. This is a fair system to allow people to have some fun doing something they enjoy. Go away Rasterburn.
