Not everyone. And after the Velious patch there will still be race penalties yeah? I don't see how other people leveled or how long it took for them is relevant to you. Of course unless you are trying to keep up with friends. I don't think you would take a high penalty character all the way to 60 and then all of a sudden have a problem with it. I think it should make you feel good that you had the dedication and made this bad ass character. If you had a problem with it then I don't think you'd make yourself stick with one as your main or I'm not sure why you would at least. Min/min'ing XD
