Default X (horizontal) axis on mouse not as responsive as right...

I play at 1920 x 1080 on a 24' widescreen monitor, but I notice the x axis on my mouse is not as responsive as the right. I turned up the mouse speed but the the Y axis is insane. I guess the question is is there a way to fix this...

I forgot to mention this is when playing in first person... I would play in third, but the view feels so limited.

What is your FPS? I suggest lowering it and trying again.

Try playing in windowed mode, lower the fps to 30-40. Try wineq with eqplaynice enabled.

my mouse control is fine up to 90 but 100 makes it way to slow. The game mechanics all work properly at 30-40fps if that matters. I stick to 40-60 now. You take much less falling damage at 90fps but jumping mechanics don't work right. You can actually gain distance running and jumping at 30-40.
