The reality is that our government is run by corporations. Corruption/white collar crime is rampant and to point that people are have lost total confidence.
Canada is moving towards a police state similar to the US. Look at G20 in Toronto where people were held without being charged with a crime, denied access to lawyers, etc. Public inquiry was requested but denied.
