It should. If it was on live they would have been disbanded. Happened to my guild for a disputed leapfrog on Trak. A blatant KS would have had bans a flowing.

So much speculation posted. This is actually what happened weather you want to believe it or not.

We (Dolj) position ourselves ahead of A-Team and closer to target. A-Team tags target and runs it past our raid, our raid ends up with agro due to proximity (Their is speculation that A-Team fd it on us on purpose, (If so great strategy for the sake of FTE and being able to mask an accidental train)

We (Doljo) then kill Maestro because we have agro, we are not going to let it wipe us....half of us in guild knew instantly A-Team had FTE and the loot and kill belonged to them.

Sirken pops in poofs corpse 30 sec later to give to A-Team and announce that A-Team in fact had verified FTE.

Myself and other officers included congratulate A-Team on a very good competitive race.

But because Doljo is evil scum, we should probably be suspended - right?

Fixed it for you. Stop acting surprised your reputation influences how other guilds view your guild's actions. Only your guild can change this.
