NPC Spawn Issue: Cazel in Oasis is...a cyclops?

Cazel spawned as a cyclops right now in Oasis. It's kinda funny. Think he's supposed to be a sand giant. Asked in /ooc at the zone, and everyone else is seeing it too. Thought maybe my client bugged.

Other sand giants appear to be spawning normally.

My first guess would be Ignite Bones/Chill Bones.

Yeah this happens if a necro does their ignite/chill bones DD line on them, Amongst other things like golems/spores/spiders etc they all revert back into another form.
