i would come back to play for a fresh start for sure. Starting on a 2 year old server where 50% of the people on have items that no longer drop are kinda silly. I don't think items should stop dropping on the pvp server - its not a normal EQ server.

these items/#ofplayers on this server compared to live is a JOKE. all you did was reward someone who played when it first started... a lot of help to the population they were/are.

wipe it.. piss of 60 people and bring it 300.. I bet a lot of the people who are tired/retired of the blue will start on a brand new server in a heartbeat.
