HB gets full BiS and then puts tons of work into leading raids to gear up new players on the server and teach them encounters.

Nizzar gets full BiS and then makes guild members pay him plat to purchase drops on raids. Alternative, he accepts free computer hardware etc. If you don't pay up he will delete the no drop pixels right in front of you. "That one too duke?"
