Question question about server history

didnt a player lose all ip exemptions when he uploaded a fraps that revealed he was sitting at character select on other account(s) while playing?

something about unfair advantage to mobilization?

just wondering, i like to have my facts straight

It's possible, I think they started taking away those IP exemptions for people that were abusing it.

It was very common back when I raided for nearly everyone to have or ask for an IP exemption just so they could switch accounts faster.

My IP exemption went away after I stopped using it, too. Used to have a friend or two come over and play at the same as me, but he quit about a year ago and since then I've not had any use for the exemption. It went away. I didn't notice until about a month ago when he came over to have some beers and wanted to log on his druid to just run around a bit.

There's got to be some sort of scrub going on, which is fine by me. If I actually wanted my exemption back, I'd re-petition for it, but just have no need.
