pvp death should = 1 hour kicked off of server. basically if you die in pvp you are out of the fight for at least 1 hour, no CR, no LNS, no nothing.

also no bans.

I actually kind of like this idea. Upon pvp death you get a 1 minute buff that upon expiration of said buff, you are promptly logged off server for an hour.
