This is what happens to people who speak out the truth about a GM on these servers.

GM's doing RL Attacks on players, not interested in upholding Nilbog and Rogean's staff code, and altogether being very unprofessional and bias'ed.

o damn, u guys are gonna keep me from getting anything done today.

I threatened to ban everyone who had died who didn't loot and leave the zone. I never said anything about Nihilum.

Except seeing Spectre kill a bunch of players that had just been killed, plus him sending in a petition admitting he was killing players who had just been defeated in PvP.

Oh, and being in zone for the Tune YT, watching the pvp happening, seeing exed get killed then a minute and 15 seconds later Tune kills him again in the same zone, and then having you explain that he AoE'd a LnS'ing player, which is further reinforced by Tune posting his own personal logs showing the kill. 0 proof for sure.

People sending me tons of tells and putting in a stupid amount of petitions isn't what got Tune and Spectre banned, it's just what brought me over to Red from Blue.

I would never ban someone based on hearsay from a player. I need to see it happen myself, or see enough to know that it happened. I was in zone (solb, then lavastorm) for both incidents, watching PvP happen.

Me too.

Show me the petition where I said this, and I will apologize right here in this thread, because this never happened. You are thinking of someone else.
Since the LNS policy was really new, couldn't you have just told those people to cut it out instead of banning them?

Or maybe just 72 hour suspension them?

Both make more sense then perm ban for something that is happening really quick.

Been watching forums off and on for a long time and this has to be the most whining I have seen. An entire guild was banned for something Nihilum was doing and it didn't bring this much attention. Two guys got banned for breaking the rules directly in front of GMs. Two players that have griefed, RMT, exploited, boxed, etc. on this server for far too long, and you guys can't get it through your head that this incident is closed and done.

The part in bold is here-say, none of these accusations have been proved, and all are false. Banning someone on assumption is pathetic.

Some have been proven and they were suspended in the past for them.

Incorrect, none have been proven, and they have not been suspended in the past for them, prove this.

lol I think even tune admitted it in this thread about being banned for boxing, there is one. Not digging for others, but Colgate has posted proof many times of them stripping blue chars. Nizzar was banned on blue for MQ.
