There definitely has been an influx of assholes on the server lately. Probably most of them alts of the hardcore raid people. You can sense their "entitlement" attitude a mile away.
Children don't like it when they have a sandbox where they are not governed by parental figures and get to be the bullies, then are suddenly faced with parental figures (GM's) enforcing parental rules and the spoiled brats who do not like this one bit are spreading their misguided anger around.
...and even more of them playing forum quest.
Be prepared for lots of them to use rule lawyering to grief you and get away with it. Load that fraps and keep it running if you are camping anything important, and timestamp often, cause screenshots don't mean shit.
