Internet friends LOLOLOL I bet you are one of those little punk ass dudes who gets tricked into believing some fat ass nerd is some hot elf chick and you fall in love with him.

Sorry this is just a game to me. I go outside and interact with real life people. You should try that faction sometime. I maxed it at the age of 10.
struck a nerve here

nice defensive post

clearly in denial

i probably have more interactions and people skills in my little finger that this dude has in his whole body

It is just a game to me I enjoy talking crap. I do not take anything personal. I was the first one to petition to have you unbanned. I also do not think you have earned the right to be unbanned yet either. You still would rather -1 the population than +1 it.

In this case there was an admission of guilt, so there was no bias on the conviction. We didn't even need to make this determination on our own, it was handed to us by the defendant. Your entire post, Supreme, is invalid and does not even apply to this situation, except perhaps in your note about an appeals court, as all appeals on Project 1999 are done through the GM's, who also give convictions as well as sentencing, which differs from real life. Welcome to the server, we hope you enjoy playing here.
He admitted his guilt? Where exactly? Was he given an opportunity to defend himself and was any consideration given to the facts or simply summary judgement and execution of punishment?

And for my entire post to be invalid it would require my conclusion to be false. Which clearly the truths are that Tune was banned for violation of PNP and Tune was not given appeal by an impartial review. Therefore Tune's punishment for violating the PNP was biased.

Sound or unsound?

Yes, I know it may be hard for you to follow, but you obviously did not understand the situation at hand, and are once again making another post that makes no sense. We do not have statutes on Project 1999 determining punishment, and in the real world there are many states who only impose mandatory minimum sentences for most crimes. Thanks for trying to sound intelligent, it's been fun.
It does not make sense to you, which you have stated and made clear by your continued "makes no sense" comment. I will do better to explain my point..again.

If we are going to start judiciously governing PVP on Red99 then we will need statutes on Project 1999 to determine punishment. Or it will completely undermine the integrity of the server and players (new players) will be hesitant to invest their time knowing that the potential exists for this kind of "instant justice" without appeal or review.

EDIT: Now I feel dumb, I just reread the first post i responded to by Supreme, and noticed he said guilt instead of punishment.

No, prior convictions should not affect the determination of guilt, but it absolutely should affect punishment.
So what prior convictions does Tune have? He was caught two boxing..which is completely unrelated to PNP. He paid the price for that and has continued to be a productive player on Red99. What has he done that has been any different than people that only received a two week suspension..or less!

We can leave the childish insults at the door. I am bringing a constructive examination of how people are being banned on Red99 without recourse. My motives are to encourage a healthy environment where players can enjoy Everquest without fear of being cornered by losing their characters with bannings due to policies that have not been fully considered as justice.

I would also point out that while some of you may look at "online friendships" as something to be laughed out. The reality is that what we promote within our community is a building of those friendships that will carry on to other games. Most of the people that i play all games with i have known for over 5+ years.

So yes there is an attachment that develops and trusts are formed with those people. Just because it is online does not make it any less valid.
