Hipponipple obsessed with trying to appear intellectual and hetrosexual on an elf forum.

DEFINITELY A VIRGIN ALERT.

By this reasoning...every time you face disciplinary action all of your previous faults, accusations, hearsay and convictions should factor into the determination of guilt.

Sound fair and impartial?

If we are going to judiciously govern PvP then there needs to be a foundation for due process and appeals.

I have heard it many times over how "toxic" Tune is for the server...yet until his banning for violation of PnP nothing has been brought against him that was sound and valid. Just rumors, hearsay and assumptions based upon those that have been butthurt by his gameplay.

Therefore he is banned permanently?
These retards learned justice in kindergarten and on T.V.

Previous actions shouldn't determine future guilt, but it does determine the level of punishment going forward. This isn't something new. There is no question Tune was guilty of this minor infraction with Exed. The only argument is if the punishment was too severe. Past instances of him being in trouble come into play.

I want Tune and other people gone who rerolled new chars after their previous ones were banned.

Especially for exploiting.

Yes, and this is the way it works in real life.

If you have 2 people on trial for theft, one with a clean record, and one with multiple convictions, the guy with multiple convictions is going to jail and the guy with a clean record is probably getting a fine.

Not commenting on Tune's situation in particular, but this response by Supreme makes no sense.
