And the Main Developer HATES them. So not going to happen.
Hates cat people in general or just Vah Shir? I hate the Vah Shir too because they have shitty lore and flavor but the whole polynesian cat people thing was something different from other fantasy.

I think we should just delete all trace of druid or wizard too.
Or... PoP/Luclin made them very viable classes beyond ports, who would've guessed!

Druids became excellent healers, while retaining their quadding and charming capabilities. Wizards because ridiculous DPS absolutely crushing all melee DPS once they got SOS and AAs.

Yeah, Nilbog sort of vomits in his mouth when even the word Cats or PoK comes up. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I'm sure every monk puller here dreams of run speed 3 AA. I always liked early AAs ( before they became necessities). Gave the 60s something to keep grinding and not making more alts.

AA's change game balance though. AA's made EQ a different game than it had been.

AAs were definitely one of the best mechanics of the early game. Actually made quite a few classes useful.

I'm not going to deny that, but it also wasn't Classic.

I think that if they ever proceeded with content that they should make it so that you HAVE to still use Druids and Wizards to teleport around. Would require some serious coding but it would be awesome!
