Looks like the original PNP ruleset was deleted when Sirken's post was taken down, Rogean's just references "Raid Play Nice The same raid policies put forth recently will be applied here as well."
I remember respect FTE message, no training, no DA stalling, no parking on spawns. There was like 1 other thing. What am I missing?

There should be a post made with these things in that raid discussion section. It's like pretty fucking important.

My new years resolution is to be more like BDA in game and adhere to the PnP. Give away some pixels and just try to be more of a white knight for the little guy, like Chest, for example.

As for the OP's idea, I dislike it.

I agree.

It didn't reference breaking the actual ruleset of the new rules though, it was directly referencing the new PNPs, so I'm not positive of what would be the actual punishment, I just thought I should give a word of warning since the punishments were quite harsh IIRC.

Here's what Sirken wrote in his post:

Side Rules:
  • anyone caught intentionally training at raids eats a perma ban, and their guild eats a four week raid suspension.
  • we strongly encourage guilds to work out their own disputes before contacting the CSR staff, as you will probably not like our rulings.
  • respect FTE messages, anyone that ignores FTE and Kill Steals a mob will earn their guild a four week raid suspension.
  • No guild will have more than two representatives present at any raid mob at any time.
  • Players will not be allowed to camp out at raid mobs ahead of time to encourage actually racing for targets.
  • Consider greatly reducing variance if the poopsocking can be curbed by the above rules.
  • No DA Stalling, period.
  • A Guild will be considered a Teir 1 Guild by the staff, as soon as it starts competing for dragons within Veeshan's Peak.
Rogean has added a few "No douchebag clauses" as well, but are generally worded along the lines of "act like an adult."

To extend the PNP ruleset, here is something additional:

and no leap frogging.

This could be interesting depending on how this is defined.

It's defined as.. "Don't be a douchebag."

We shouldn't need to make such specific rules because guilds think they can walk the grey line.
Like I said it directly references the PNPs that are being put in place but it's basically saying the grey area of being a douchebag won't be tolerated.

Im not quite sure you folks are understanding what I am proposing. IF Rogeans plan goes through you will be counting on the honesty of guilds posting when they killed raid mobs, as you will have to know which guild killed what mob last. Unfortunately as a whole, I would not trust every guild to be upfront and honest. If variance is reduced like discussed, knowing when a mob died is not going to be some huge, game balancing information. It is simply going to let someone go and update the spreadsheet/forum/whatever so that it can be kept track of.

I mean seriously people a message that says "Trakanon has been slain" will just make it easier to update sheets. Sounds like you all are just wound a little tight with the whole raid discussions.

No - Rogean said they would build a hook into the server so a website will be updated when a mob is killed and which rotation it was (R/C/FFA).
