I don't know if the GMs miscalculated the bonus or what but I got on my level 30 char to test it out and i flew through that level in a blink of an eye.

Too late to go back now but you guys at the helm may want to reconsider this next time you think it's a good idea imo.

I logged in today to get some bonus in and I was pretty surprised to hear an old acquaintance of mine (who shall go unnamed because I don't know if he wants me to reference him) was claiming he leveled from about 16 to 46 today.

As a twinked monk in LAke of Ill Omen, I went from 22-30 in about 9 hours. Honestly, i wouldn't be shocked if someone played 16-30 hours straight (with a few force multipliers, i.e. access to haste, very good groups in Sol A, etc) and managed to level that much.

But quite honestly, unless you give me exact facts and parameters around how, where, when, and with what gear he did that, i'm inclined to believe there is some exaggeration involved.

I work fulltime, and play a few hours in the night before I have to go to sleep and roll out and do it again. I personally enjoyed being able to get a little extra push. No matter what you impliment when it comes to things like this, somebody will always find a way to take advantage of it, and I would too if I could of more! I went from level 23-26 in that time period, soloing. Woopty doo, I DONT think this broke the server. Why do people insist on crying about everything? Just play the damn game!

Yes, 1-50 in 24 hours with double exp was very possible with the help of a couple of monks to chain pull after dropping health of mobs to under 5%. Get the right kind of mobs and support classes it would actually be quite easy.

Not like other times when was really hard and would take 2 days.

I concede to this point that perhaps 1-50 with double exp is possible using this method. I do however want to point out that with ONE monk this is impossible. Therefore you'd need at least 2-3 Monks to do this, and truthfully if 4 people want to spend 24 hours power leveling - god love them.

I can safely say that a lot of people got some serious PLing from friends over the last two days. Some staying up all night to do it. 20-30 levels was very common. Yes, the 50 levels was probably rare.

I PL'd my roomies monk alt from 1-20 the 1st night (logged on kinda late) and 20 - 45 yesterday in about 8hrs. that being said i think 1-50 would be boring as hell but probable given 15-20 hrs of having uncontested spawns. still having a 45 monk with <1 day playing time is retarded.
