I am very aware of the fact that presently, your main emphasis is on Velious. Which we couldn't thank you enough for, many of us are extremely eager to enjoy the new content you are providing us with, by sacrificing your free time.
However, while your intentions are the best. There is a very small window of time that we are presently in, where you guys have the ability to let the red server bloom.
As it presently stands, thanks to the new PNP rules the server has been basically hitting 200 players every night. A high point in the history of red, which we are extremely thankful for.
This is your opportunity not only to keep it that way, but to allow it to grow even further. Presently and I beleive for the next few weeks to come, all re spawn based action on this predominantly American server will be occurring from 3 am - 8 am.
There are many who are extremely commited to the server and will arrange their lives in order to be able to make this. However, the high majority will not. Because of red's non variance nature as we've seen over the last several months. These spawns will stay out of most people's participation time for the next 4-6 weeks. ( check the death logs - spawn timers do not spread out )
At a time where the server's population is blooming and so many new comers are settling into Red, this simply can not occur. The action can not be kept for a month + , in a time period that is not accessible to the overwhelming majority of the community.
I can not stress enough how important spawn timers are to a red server. It means everything, its the origin of the action. It simply can not get locked into a 3 hour when most players are sleeping. PLEASE DO NOT LET THIS MOMENTUM GO TO SHIT.
There are very few spawns ...outside of the weekly repops. Very few opportunities for pvp ... this can not sustain the 50 v 50 matches that are just waiting to be triggered during an adequate spawn shcedule.
