Pretty sure he meant December, instead of last 30 days.
He is right FYI, logs show massive uptick in YT for last 3 days.
I don't doubt that at all, considering like 100 kills were recorded in a couple hours in the great battle of BW/DL.

Overall PVP is down 25% on average on this server since PNP went into place.

If you exclude the large scale battles pvp is down 45%.
if you exclude all kills OR even deaths, pvp is down 100%

Yet even with rd/az/ff/pals they still don't have as many level 60's as Nilly brings, but soon : )

It's not like hitting level 60 makes you unstoppable. Two 52-55s should be able to kill a level 60 pretty easy most of the time depending on class. I mean a couple bronze wearing level 52 clerics against a VP geared monk or something probably not, but for the most part I think it holds up especially if they can heal.

Yeah it makes a huge difference. Last night 52s were getting wiped in a about 5 seconds from monks/rogues.

I'm not sure what all the level 51 and below were able to do or how they even died eventually.
