Duress actually rezed me on Badger so I could rez our guild but Eldermoran started throwing his dick around and saying it was illegal. I went ahead and rezed a few anyway.

There are good people and assholes in both guilds. Fight was over no mater who "cheated" or whatever so the cool thing to do was let us rez the dead. Eldermoran = not cool.
