Quest Issue: Rod of Insidious Glamour (Cynthia)

This quest usually requires a Shining Stone and 50GP.

Currently Cynthia gives you the Glamour Stone without requiring the gold.

Don't npcs store money so that you could potentially give 100 and get two stones?

Don't think it works that way, but it is possible that someone else paid the npc 50 gold too much.
