How about we let him get un-banned. Then turn server to PvP. So instead of whining to your wannabe parents the GM's you can just kill him if he wants to train you.

GM's and guides are FAR to over-used here on this server.

Chances he's probably had 10 chances to change. He enjoys causing trouble always has. I have been around the server before you were abacab, and it was nice. I didn't say to myself "god I wish some asshole would come and train and harass people all day"

Edit: I voted yes on the premise that people arent camping anymore. He is still a shitbag for what he did to dukat, and he is still kinda a dumbshit for the trains. He's smart and has logical, sound arguments for most of his cases though.
