I have to say that it is refreshing seeing posts such as this on a semi-regular basis. So many of us came from an era when MMO's were still finding themselves and the number of options could be counted on one hand. We experienced the growing pains of the genre, and we witnessed the degeneration of the genre into a mindless collection of pretty colors. As a result, we all opined for the return of things "the way they used to be", with EQ lingering in the back of our minds.

Ill admit, when I came back and rolled a warrior I was shocked at how *hard* it was. Blue cons were trashing my big bad ogre warrior by level 4, and exp ground to a crawl. And I grinned... thats the way it was supposed to be [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
