Haste Stacking.. Does Bard Haste stack with Chanter/shammy/item Haste

In terms of classic(now):

-Songs and Spell hastes do NOT stack. (The higher % will take effect only)
-Multiple pieces of equipment haste do NOT stack. (The higher % will take effect only)

So: 1 song or spell + 1 haste equipment is the fastest you will get at this time.

In Velious(Far into future of p99):

-There are 2 songs that WILL stack, but you cannot not exceed the 100% cap for lvl 60.
