Game Mechanics: In town guards not nearly resistant enough

Okay Freeport has been completely WoW-ified. Fuck this place.

I can't find any of the old guards.

Nilberg you need anymore? These in town guards were never meant to be solo'd for XP, esp by casters. I'll go with their hp being right, but their resists are way off.

I'll be happy to try Halas or Neriak which I don't think are changed if you need more.
