Banned and still no answer to why

Well sometime last week I went to log on to my account in the morning and I apparently was banned. As to why? Hell if I know only 1 person has info to my account and that's my RL brother and we don't even live together. I've been trying to get a GM response to why it was banned because I feel I'm being wrongfully punished. I get to play 2-3 times a month maybe due to my job and now I can't even enjoy the luxury of that. Until all is resolved those who knew me or hated me I wish you all the best and a happy new year.

Try posting in the petitions forums. Check the stickies there for directions.

Did your "brother" get his credit card out at any point?

The problem here is you gave out your password. I think that the staff make it clear that they will not treat any account differently because someone other than the owner did something stupid.

There is a high level of probability that someone was dual boxing with your account and got it and themselves banned.

Good luck and I hope you can at least get some clarity from the staff. Remember they are busy and I doubt they are willfully ignoring your requests.
