if person doesnt announce it, then they dont have it. and it should be on the requestee to make sure hes taken necessary precautions to announce it and not fall into the gray area of "well i ooc'd it 25 minutes ago your fault for not combing through ooc".
If someone continues to engage in PvP when it's been blatantly announced to them in same zone shout and in global ooc then the attackER is clearly violating. | ||
