Are Nagafen and Vox still being raided?

No, I don't see the problem at all. In the drawing scenario everyone on the server has an equal chance of getting to see Vox and Naggy. Might take them awhile to win a drawing, but they can always work with the people who do win if they're impatient. And even if they do have to wait awhile, even a whole year, that still beats ... never.

In the current scenario, one guild is the only one that gets to see either dragon. Seems like the drawing is a lot better for everyone on the server except TMO, and the current situtaion is good for ... TMO.
